Held annually for Sophomores, a day away from school, visiting companies and learning about different organizations and career paths

A full day of professionalism to prepare Juniors for Internships and Interviews

For 8-10 selected students hosted at Pathways or a host organization


Engaging professionals in a relationship with a student to inspire and advise

Women's Symposium

An annual event exposing our females to successful career women in STEM fields, aimed to inspire


Students come to work, learn and understand career opportunities, for up to 40 hours per week during the summer months

A group of Business Partners engaged in supporting our Work-Based Learning Program and providing feedback on curriculum
